    Rates are determined based on budget, timing, staffing needs, and the nature of the event.

    Examples include: Community workshops, Short-term studio use, Nonprofit meetings, Artist rehearsals, Small cultural gatherings.

    Commercial Rentals

    Full-rate rentals are available for: Private celebrations, Business meetings, Ticketed professional events, Corporate gatherings. Brand activations.

    These rentals play an essential role in subsidizing artist programming and helping us maintain lower rates for mission-aligned uses of the space.
